Gathering Hill Farm is a lovely restored 1816 home on 8 acres along the Seneca Lake Scenic Bypass and Wine Trail.  Located in the town of Burdett, the Farm is minutes from charming Watkins Glen and an easy drive to the rest of the Finger Lakes.  Gathering Hill Farm has easy access to everything you could want from waterfalls to wineries, the Watkins Glen International Raceway or world class restaurants.  Available for events and overnight stays for groups up to 14 guests.

The Tower House is a recently restored 1879 Victorian Mansion located on the West Hill in Ithaca, .  Come enjoy over 2 acres of gardens and grounds with lovely views back across Cayuga Lake to downtown and Cornell.  The Tower House is the perfect retreat that feels miles away but close to everything.  You can walk to the Commons, have dinner in Trumansburg or hit the wine trails before checking out the Ithaca nightlife.   The grounds are as inviting as the indoors, with outdoor dining tables, fire pits, and a grilling area all with views of the city lights and fireflies.  The Tower House is available for groups up to 10+ for overnight stays as well as events.
